The latest image has been sourced from Royal Enfield's social media account. The teaser video shows the Himalayan 452 going around the challenging Umling La Pass. After launch it will compete with KTM 390 Adventure and Hero XPulse 400 The ex-showroom price of this bike is expected to be around Rs 2.85 lakh

How powerful the engine is
A leaked homologation document has revealed that the Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 will get a 451.65cc liquid-cooled engine, which will produce 40PS of power at 8,000rpm, while it is expected to get 40 to 45Nm of torque. Equipped with 4-valve and DOHC configuration, this engine will be mated to a 6-speed gearbox. For braking, front and rear disc brakes will be available, which will be equipped with a dual-channel ABS system. As suspension, it will get a USD front fork and monoshock rear unit.

How big is the bike
The upcoming Himalayan 452 weighs approximately 210 kg, which is almost twice the weight of the Himalayan 411. Its length is 2245 mm, width is 852 mm and height is 1316 mm, while its wheelbase is 1510 mm. Compared to the Himalayan 411, the new Adventure Tourer is 55 mm longer and 12 mm wider. Apart from the regular color options, the Himalayan 452 will be offered in a new Comet White paint scheme.

Features
Talking about the features of the bike, it include smartphone connectivity, ride-by-wire technology, a circular LED headlamp, a special fender, a large fuel tank and windscreen, a split seat design, and a digital instrument with wire spokes. There are clusters. It is expected to get 21-inch front wheels and 17-inch rear wheels.
